Managing Events

This article is about using the MicroDB Property Association Database template to manage events. All databases are fully customizable so they can adapt to your particular process.

This article shows you how to:

  1. Customize the workflow to manage events.
  2. Create an event.

Customize the workflow to manage events

In this section we’ll show you how to set up a simple workflow to manage events using two tables.

  • Sponsors
  • Events

In your Property Associations database, click the Table List to see all of the available tables in your database.

From the list of tables, choose Sponsors to open the Table View for that table.

This table is where you can modify your sponsor’s details to customize your workflow. 

Next, modify the list by entering sponsors name & address.

Save the sponsor.

Create an Event

From the Table List, select the Events table.

Add an event by choosing event name, date ,venue , select sponsors from dropdown list and volunteer name.

Save the events. 

Congratulations, you have successfully created a workflow to manage your events.
