Customize the workflow to manage sponsorships
In this section we’ll show you how to set up a simple workflow to manage sponsorship using two tables.
In your Property Associations database, click the Table List to see all of the available tables in your database.
From the list of tables, choose Sponsor to open the Table View for that table.
This table is where you can modify your sponsor’s details.
Next, modify the list by entering sponsors name & address.
Save the sponsor.
Create a Sponsorship
From the Table List, select the Sponsorship table.
Add a Sponsorship by choosing sponsor, amount and date.
Save the sponsorship.
Congratulations, you have successfully created a workflow to manage your property association’s sponsorships.
